Fueling Youth Empowerment Through Partnership

Notha Development Projects is a registered non-profit organization committed to youth-focused educational and development programs.

We collaborate with partners to implement initiatives that promote community sustainability and uplift living standards. Our primary aim is to empower young people to unlock their full potential through access to quality education and holistic support.

Who we are?

History and Values

Founded by Sinothando Nzama, a lifelong community volunteer, University Access Project (UAP) was born out of a desire to break the cycle of poverty and inequality by enabling young people in townships and rural areas to pursue post-matric education.

With support from key partners like Thomas More College and the Hollywood Foundation, UAP held its first Career Guidance workshop in 2022.

Join us in making a difference

The University Access Project (UAP) supports high school learners, especially matriculants, by removing barriers to higher education. Our comprehensive approach includes career guidance, assistance with university and funding applications, academic and psychosocial support, and mentorship. Through this model, we address both immediate and structural challenges that hinder access to post-matric opportunities.

Our Mission

To empower youth to reach their full potential through education, mentorship, and innovative support programs that nurture holistic development.

Our Vision

A society where every young person has access to the opportunities, skills, resources, and relationships they need to realize their full potential.

ACCESS! EDUCATE! EMPOWER
