About Me:
Project Coordinator – University Access Project (UAP)
Notha Development Foundation
Neli Nzama is the Project Coordinator for the University Access Project (UAP) under the Notha Development Foundation. With a passion for educational equity and community development, Neli plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs that support underprivileged learners in accessing post-matric education opportunities.
She oversees teacher development workshops, university application support, mentorship programs, and strategic partnerships that help bridge the gap between high school and higher education for learners from rural and township backgrounds. Her work ensures that talented youth are not left behind due to systemic barriers like application fees, lack of information, or institutional access.
Neli brings a combination of grassroots experience and organizational leadership, driven by a belief that every young person deserves the tools and support to realize their full potential.
